Returns, Deliver and Availability Policy

Portal do Fado has the right to modify at any moment, without any  notice, the information about: products, prices, promotions, service and comercial conditions.
To provide a complete information about our products, Portal do Fado may include links to other sites on the Internet. That doesn't mean  Portal do Fado support those sites or recommend those products. The customer visiting those sites should read their Terms of Service. We are always making all efforts to keep all the information on thiis Online Shop accurate  and updated, and whenever a mistake is found we will correct it as soon as possible. If any of the information provided does not match the product features, the customer wil be informed and has the right to reclaim his order. All photos displayed may not match the product features.


Prices

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. The products in our Shop may display an incorrect price, whereby we check carefully all the prices when we handle your order. If the price is lower, we will return you the difference, if the price is higher we will inform you and wait your decision: to carry on or cancel the order.


Availability
Only after cheking your order is possible to know if it can be handle or not. Normally it takes 24 hours to 3 days to ship an order(  Portugal Continental). As usual, the offer is limited to existing stock. In case of sold out, the customer will be informed about the implications on the delivery time. In case of sold out, Portal do Fado does not guarantee that the replacement product keep the previous price, and we will carry on the order only after customer agreement.


Deliver
The shipment wil be done right after payment confirmation. The deliver time may vary according to the Shipper (CTT Correios).
The estimated time by CTT Correios for an order to Portugal Continental is 3 days by Regular Service.

 


Cancellation/ Returns

You can cancel an order within 7 days after we have received it. In case you cancel an order that was already shipped, you must return it unopened as soon it gets to you. We will send your money back, after receiving the returned items and checking if they are eligible to a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
To cancel an order you must send us an email saying you want to dissolve the sales contract.

You can return new, unopened items within 15 says after they have been delivered to you and claim a total refund or product exchange.
In case of product exchange, you must support the new product's shipping costs. In this case we will notice you about the shipping costs to your country.
In case of a total refund, we will send your money whitin 15 days, after receiving the returned items and checking if they are eligible to a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items should be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging.
